Hi, I’m Kevin Peoples, a Certified EOS Implementer® who didn’t start as a consultant. I hired an EOS Implementer for my own growing company. At the end of implementation, he said "You should be doing what I'm doing". We eventually sold the business, and now I focus on helping teams implement EOS.
Like a lot of growing tech businesses, we were smart, busy, and constantly firefighting.
Implementing EOS
Before EOS, my company ran on adrenaline. Strategy lived in my head, priorities changed every week, and the team was busy without being aligned. Implementing EOS changed that — a clear vision, a simple operating rhythm, and real accountability.
Now I help other leadership teams do the same.

What we do together

2) Build a simple rhythm. A meeting cadence, a scorecard, and quarterly priorities that keep the team on the right work.
3) Strengthen accountability. Clear roles, clear numbers, clear expectations. People know what "great" looks like, and so do you.
4) Solve issues at the root. Problems surface early and actually get fixed instead of resurfacing every quarter.
